Music
This is the parent page for any and all music related rambling. I have formerly played in impromptu acid-jazz nights at the now defunct Ajax Lounge, played college parties with a barely functional cover band motif, and played for several years in a weekly studio project called the Heavy Weather Orchestra ( With a name like that, as one would suspect, we are in fact a trio. Largely an experimental affair, we use a battery of midi-enabled gear to make things not silent). Beyond that, I have a rather large music collection, which refuses to get smaller no matter what I try to do.
While I will periodically add content here (at some point I hope to catalog my entire discography), the bulk of my audio ramblings have been interspersed in various places including here (clicky clicky), however that account is now archival, as I moved to a Vox account. I used to also write for the long gone insound.org.
I was late in joining, but I do have a Last.fm account. While it doesn’t cover with complete accuracy what I listen to (because I am just as often playing tapes and cd’s as I am .ogg, .flac and .mp3 files), it gives some indictations as to my leanings.
